SANATÉ® – Terms and Conditions for Content Creators (UGC)

Thank you for being part of the SANATÉ® circle. This document summarizes the "house rules" when you collaborate with us to create content. We want it to be simple, clear, and without surprises.

1. Purpose

By collaborating with SANATÉ (Filters of LATAM LLC, based in the U.S.), you share photos, videos, text, or audio (the “Content”) with us, which will be part of our campaigns and digital channels.

2. Assignment of rights

By submitting your Content and receiving the agreed compensation (product, payment or benefit), you confirm that:

  • The Content is understood as “work made for hire” for SANATÉ.

  • In the event that anything does not qualify as "work made for hire," you hereby exclusively and permanently assign and transfer to SANATÉ all copyright and related rights in and to the Content, worldwide, for all existing or future media, on a fully paid and royalty-free basis.

  • SANATÉ may register the copyright in its name and freely use, adapt, edit, subtitle, translate, and combine the Content.

3. Image, name and voice

You authorize SANATÉ to use your name, social media username, image, and/or voice in connection with the Content, without the need for additional approval.

4. Representations of the creator

By accepting these terms you declare that:

  • You are 18 years or older .

  • The Content is yours or you have all necessary permissions/licenses.

  • Any person visible or audible gave you permission to appear.

  • The Content does not infringe any third party rights or applicable laws.

5. Independent relationship

Your collaboration with SANATÉ is independent. This agreement does not create an employment relationship or financial dependency. You are responsible for your personal tax obligations.

6. Compensation

The compensation (product, honorarium, benefit, or affiliation) indicated for each collaboration is understood to be the total consideration for the transfer of rights. There will be no additional payments.

7. Confidentiality

Any SANATÉ information you have access to that is not public must be treated confidentially.

8. Validity

These terms apply indefinitely to the Content delivered, without the need for renewals.

9. Applicable law and forum

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. , and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas. Nothing limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
